Seth Killian posted on his Twitter that Rocket Racoon and Frank West are coming very soon. Seth also gave a few details about Frank West.

Here is what he had to say.

Rocket Raccoon and Frank West coming very soon now :) both totally unique chars, can't wait to see what people do w these two...

With Frank, expect photography, drinking, ridiculous weapons, zombies and... vomiting?

However, I'm actually kinda surprised that Frank will get some new tricks from TvC. Though in retrospect, Zero got a new move and a different level 3 if I recall.

there was such a FLOOD of haters back then that every 50 posts there was a rocket raccoon fan. i remember showing my love for him and i don't even know him as a comic book character. ofcourse i did SOME studying but i've loved him from the start. ever since the leaked photo that is.

I'd think healing would be appropriate (a small amount, maybe 50K tops), or maybe meter gain like you mentioned; either way having a move that boosts either of those would be unique as nobody else can do it at a consistant or quick speed (the special taunts of Felicia and Thor are too slow to be truly effective and Phoenix Wright's healing is by chance).

As for the stat buffs, that's highly plausible as well. If I'm not mistaken there's actually a King of Fighters character that can boost his stats by drinking (I could be wrong though, KoF isn't exactly my area of expertise lol).

Regardless of what it does it'll most likely be awesome.

Yea... I remember seeing a few RR supporters, and the ignorant people who kept mouthing off about how hes a waste of a character slot or the typical "OMG A RACCOON IS IN AND NOT MEGAMAN?! HE STOLE MEGAMANS SLOT" which is totally DERP btw since Marvel would not be able to do that. Also how some did insult the supporters, but i remember the few who were happy about it.

I know nothing about the characters past, but a Raccoon who is hyper intelligent and can wield an assortment of beam pistls and rifles? i'm down. Kudos to the people who will be playing RR.

I fell in love with Rocket Raccoon as soon as i found out he was a zoner. I love zoners. And it topped off when i found out he was small like V. Joe. Thats great. I love Arthur, problem is he has no mobility and gets raped by teleporters. so im hoping raccoon has great mobility and an array of weapons that he can attack with at multiple angles. Another thing im hoping for is that his projectiles have great priority and he has some type of homing attack like arthurs special armored crossbow that follows you. thats awesome. I have lots of hope for him. I just hope he has lots of awesome zoning tools to play with, a great theme song like the fan made one on youtube, an awesome voice....i think im gonna jizz, brb!

Why is my argrument weak because mostly everyone else wanted Frank West in.All of the Frank West dweebs were like "Yeah he fights with a camera that means he's awesome!!!!" Ok I'm judging him more on what he can do in Tvc.I did play with him in that game I'm just upset at the inclusion of him over more interesting capcom characters.I never played Dead Rising.Most people go crazy for Frank almost as much as some people do over megaman.Call me crazy stupid or whatever but it seems that everyone is hype about him and I still don't get why.I will give him a chance once the vids start pouring in and see what he's about this time.For now I feel I'm entitled to my opinion and we all have a right because we are spending our hard earned money here.I never said I hated the game either.I will buy this game because they added Doctor Strange and Hawkeye.Vergil looks cool too.

CAPCOM use the guy who voiced Frank in TvC cause he already lives in Japan. Now they got there act together and can record in LA were Tj lives. But it's 50/50 if it's either Tj or Frank TvC. Any way we will know soon enough.
