I'm surprised they held out for this long announcing Frank West, given the hype surrounding some of the other characters, I would have thought the would have announced him earlier to keep the greater hype around characters like Phoenix Wright alive longer.
Might take a look at the event if I have time. I think I'm working that day anyway.
I want this to be the cover of my UMvC3 game packaging.
I hope they reveal more SFxT characters. It's pretty annoying if they only gonna show Rufus this month.

dont count on it, ono said something about the next info on any street fighter x tekken news will be at some game show in japan this december.

Frank West and Rocket Raccoon to be announced close to Halloween is very smart. Expect Raccoon to be smallest character in the game if not same size as viewtiful joe.
I heard that they aren't revealing as many characters anymore because the hype died when they announced gems.
Colors for RR is going to be Blue with red stripes, Black with red stripes, Teal, Gray with red stripes, possibly a brown, possibly a green.
So the cards are a way to put in characters who weren't included in the main roster?
Seth-That's exactly what we've done. There are a lot of characters from the Capcom and Marvel universes, including some personal favorites from myself and the rest of the team that slipped in there. They weren't able to become playable characters, but we did at least create some new art for them with Capcom and Marvel artists. And hopefully, some of the cards' abilities match up with the characters that they're representing.

They both look awesome, Yay Wright and Nova get the artstyle finally! Cant Wait to see them!
Its wierd and rather ironic that FRANK of all the new characters, is being shown LAST, considering him being a MvC3 lost character youd think he would be finished as DLC but when UMVC3 came, you would expect him being the FIRST few Shown, with that said, lets hope he gets a good upgrade for his set if he's last.

I'm soooo going to be there. Only the first 30 will get a ticket for the presentation, I hope I'm in time for that.

Its the artstyle, technically every guys face without a mask will look exactly the same in terms of eyes and nose, the only difference is the face shape,skin color and hair.
I hope they changed his character Icon/pic next to his health bar. Because CAPCOM made him look derpish for some reason...
#14 Here's what we know:
-Is very fast on his feet with crisp movements.
-Is the same size as Viewtiful Joe.
-Is affected by the weight of his gun (which is determined by the last attack's strength (L, M, or H).
-Has an OTG assist called Bear Trap.
-Has a large variety of guns, some of which are bad and others are really good.
-He can aim most of his attacks in a similar fashion to Taskmaster
-his melee options aren't very strong.
-Despite the rumors, NO Hyper Viper Beam OR Air Hyper Viper Beam.
-Uses some sort of log for a wallbounce attack, possibly Groot
If they made Frank have his moveset from the first dead rising then he would have some command grabs, and can kick off from the wall. Among many more moves.
Just to let you guys know, I believe they released the characters in the order they did so that they could release the CG trailers in order. Notice that the most recent CG trailer had Phoenix Wright and Nova, which came out right when they released their trailers. The CG trailer also had Vergil, Strange, and Strider. All characters that could give the game great hype if they released them before the game released itself. So im guessing that when they do show the trailers to RR and FW, they will have new CG trailers with the full cast. Here's hoping. BTW, ROCKET RACCOON!!! I'VE BEEN WAITING SINCE THEY FIRST CONFIRMED YOU!!!!
#37 You'd be surprised what kind of info you can dig up with a little research. The source isn't 100% reliable, such as saying Phoenix's Lv. 3 was a counter, but it's mostly been true so far.
Frank West looks very well down and so is Rocket Raccoon. I'm really excited for them.
