Capcom is officially starting their tournament Godsgarden X Capcom right now. It features 5 players on two teams not including the team's respective captain and a hidden mystery player.

The teams are broken down as follows.

West Team
Captain: Umezono
Haitani (Makoto, T.Hawk)
RF (Sagat, Fei Long)
Uryo (Sakura, C.Viper)
-6 (Akuma, Cammy)
sako (Ibuki, Yang)
Mystery Fighter (??)

East Team
Captain: KSK
Kazunoko (Yun, Yang)
Fuudo (Fei Long, Ryu)
Itabashi Zangief (Zangief, T.Hawk)
Nekojita (Abel, Dan)
Kyabetsu (C.Viper, Makoto)
Mystery Fighter (??)

Rules:
The Captain of each team designates which player they would like to play next, but they don't have any knowledge of the other Captain's choice.

The Captain of each team can choose to "avoid" certain matches similar to how Godsgarden 4 was run. The avoidance option can be used up to two times. The player that is chosen to avoid by the Capcom cannot be chosen to fight for two matches.

It's also said that the respective Captain of each team can use their Mystery Fighter to override an avoidance call by the other team's Captain.

When a player wins, he cannot play in the next two matches.

Yesterday was MvC3 today is gonna be SSF4AE.

Dunno why Eventhubs didn't post this, but maybe cuz the stream quality is kinda bad though and the sound is messed up, but still...
I think Kuwait flies Daigo there yearly now since they did the same last year too I think.

To clarify, I'm talking about their programming. Lots of breaks and right now, nothings going on. Just Viper and Akuma on training mode. Poster above is right, I'll just wait for the archive.

If you understand the Japanese commentating this stream is very fun to watch.
And yes this event is to publicise SF to the Japanese viewers.
Despite what many Americans may think, America is NOT the center of the world and not every stream have to go out of their way to please and cater to American viewers.

Few things said by the guy from Capcom (the guy in weird sunglasses).
AE2012 is still being tweaked and more changes will might come before and even after release.
Toro and Kuro (the PS3 cats) from SFxT were broken in the first build due to their small size, but Capcom will make sure they are not broken in the final game.
