It's not a glitch. That kick moves Yang's model forward but doesn't actually move his hurtbox forward so it somewhat gives the illusion that he took a step in front of him when in reality he actually doesn't. It's one of the few cases where the model =/= the hurtbox.
Momochi's cody is better than Sasaki's, too bad they never upload wins.
