UPDATE: A PC version of Street Fighter X Tekken has been confirmed to be in development.Rufus announced and that's it for SF side. Well, so far. Tekken characters got a teaser trailer like the recent SF teaser trailer. http://twitter.com/#!/Gavin4L
This guy claims he saw Mokujin, Jack, and Jinpachi as the real characters.
The link to IPW doesn't work, here's a working one:

just read the march 6th release date news. not sure what the gems are. stats editing could be interesting
Don't worry about R.Mika, Karin, Q etc.
You can bet that some or all of them will be announced for 'Super-Dooper Street Fighter X Tekken' within 6 months of the first (beta) version getting released.
Capcom will hoover up another 6 months of free PR across the blogs by doing more release trailers, and promising to fix the broken aspects that they have deliberately built into the game
Then you can pay an extra bunch of cash to go pick them up!

Blog with info and trailers, including that A PC VERSION OF SFxT IS UNDER DEVELOPMENT!
It's good to see that the release date is March 6 of next year. That way,Ono will have enough time to add more characters and content.
From what I've been told by my friend at NYCC, he says that some gems have costs. I don't know if it's all of them though. The example he gave was the auto block gem costing 1/3 of your cross gauge to activate.
Right now all I really want is Sakura and Karin
But wouldn't mind Lars asuka and alisa
According to the blog, the pre-order comes with exclusive gems. So not only is it a scrub ass hand holding mechanic, but only certain people will have certain advantages. And we all know damn well they're going to try to sell these things as DLC.
Destined.To.Fail.
just get this tournament game thing out your head this is strictly just for fun we got our tournament game SSF4 this is just a wacky fun crossover unless you embrace that concept your doomed for dissapointment i for one wouldnt mind alittle party awesomeness its just a wild game with wild mechanics meant for fun most players who have played it said it was ridiculously fun
Awesome, going to get this for both PC and X360. With the PC version, I'll NEVER have to buy a costume pack, not when I can make my own.
Can't wait to make my own stages as well.
@37
Just because it's a wacky fun crossover game doesn't mean it can't be viable for competitive/tourny play. Ono's goal isn't to alienate what makes SF, which is the competitive scene. It can both be fun and whacky as well as competitive lol. CvS2 is one example, minus the roll canceling.
What's wrong with Rufus? He's certainly more interesting than Bob, at least I think so.
