Which assist move of hawkeye is the beta? S-kill was talking about how the staff loves to use that assist but he wouldn't tell us which one it was. Is it the poison?

I think BETA assist is the poison arrow, although like Max says the startup on it is pretty slow. The assist Max was referring to for Hawkeye was probably Gamma since Strider needs ways to get in and that provides pretty good cover and the only options for the opponent to either block and take the chip damage or dash forward. For now, everybody likes to use the Alpha assist like its Taskmasters.

Ahh thx Shogun. I have some combos with x-23 and of-course Ammy hhhhhh but during those you could call in his assist and cause that unscaled poison damage. Now that you mention it that Gamma assist would be nice too. Because if they are dashing forward they most likely wont be blocking. Might work well with x-23 dash forward low since it's so quick. Good stuff.

Is Ultra David going to be in the Phoenix Wright episodes?

If someone is gonna play Pheonix Wright they better get his backstory straight. A lot of people havent played the Ace Attorney games and his story is pretty deep.

All of the Marvel characters have deeper stories (well at least most of them), so you better get on that too.

@22 I was speaking about Pheonix Wright specifically because a lot of people just know him from from an Attorney game and the fact that he says "Objection" but don't know anything about his back story which is why he gets so much hate for being in UMvC3. Ace Attorney is'nt just a Lawyer/Puzzle solving game it's really just an interactive story.

One of the thing Pheonix Wright does is talk under his breath (Blue text) basically when thinking out loud. He is also a bit of a ham and over reacts to everything.

Since Max 1st episode to the UMvC3 series; I have turned into a big fan of him and his show. I look forward to his show more than most shows on TV.
Great job Max and his team, can't wait til next week.

What does that have to do with jack? Story isn't really a factor since unlike all the marvel characters he's got no one to play off since no one else is from his series or made an actual cameo as themselves in his game

I love these videos and what Max is doing. I believe these to be much better than some of the overrated stuff I see posted. That's just my opinion though. I hope to see more of this kind of thing (maybe even branching out) from Max in the future and I hope everything works out for him and the rest of the "Assist Me" cast in the future.

P.S. I will laugh if Max becomes the Ghost Rider due to using the "cursed" game. Since it has been stated before how much he strongly resembles Nick Cage.

How did Capcom help out Max with this? They gave him a Beta disc? That's pretty awesome if they did.

@38 the game is most likely finished at this point and capcom gave max a copy of the game early for him to do these special assist me episodes. It's a win win for both sides max and crew get the game early and capcom gets the game some advertisement.
