In all seriousness though, Latif takes some crazy chances. It tends to pay off too.

It’s funny to see how people like #2 complain about Viper since Latif’s EVO showing when she has been like this for over three years. I can remember getting props and congratulations when taking her online in the early Vanilla (or even Super) days and winning because no one cared about learning a character without a DP and a Hadouken. The only message I receive now when I got back to her from time to time is "cheap stupid random character".

@12 Exactly dude. Now all of a sudden Viper is overpowered. Get the F*** outta with that bs. The only reason why she was so high on the tier list was because all of the other character got nerfed. In v2012, those characters got buffed again so why the f*** would they nerf her again. Just fix the f***ing cr.mk Capcom. Damn

I still respect anyone that plays a good viper because she's not easy, but I could see why casual players for example would complain probably because they find it hard to block her herp derp cross up burn kicks and they don't know which way to block.

@11 One match does not settle anything. I am sure they trade wins and losses with each other. Also I hate that they damaged nerfed her.
