Also, I played the build at Evo and have to say regardless of breaking down the gameplay etc, SFxT is a LOT of fun to play.

I dont think Pandora needs to be balanced, I think it should remain useless....a system like that can't be balance. Either useless or broken, the first one being the much better of the two in this case....besides, Cross Assault is gonna be the bigger problem regardless once the game is also released
I can't be the only one who noticed the ridiculous Kazuya into Cammy super taking about 75% life though right? That is a super broken system....no single move should do that much damage in a game like this, just silly
Maybe they're right, it's not a bug after all. When Pandora Mode times out, the character gets instantly killed. You know what, Street Fighter X Tekken needs a Pandora Gauge because a character do not want to get knocked out when Pandora Mode times out. It should really work like Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe's Rage System.
This is complicated than I thought for a draw game.
Never saw myself getting hype for a crossover I never asked for, but it's looking great.
Absolutely LOVE how Pandora Mode seems to be balanced so far. If it turns out useless but in the most marginal of situations, it'll be fine. That is likely the intent.
I really hate the announcer of this game. When he says KO, it sounds so....weak. In SSF4, it was very dramatic like KAAAAAYYYY OOOHHHHHH!!!!!!! as if to say "You got OOOOWWNED!!!!" But it still looks good.

I also agree with the people saying that they don't like how the game is over if only one guy dies....normally it wouldn't be too big of a problem but with 75%-80% damage stemming off of a simple low medium kick into super, that would be a problem

#29 They're trying to make it like Tekken Tag Tournament, where if one character gets knocks out, that's the round. It sounds stupid, but if they did make it so that you had to knock out both players, then rounds would be very long, and if you activated Pandora mode, you would have to beat 2 people, and considering how long it lasts, you won't have enough time to kill both before you lose. Yes, TvC and MvC3 made it so you had to knock out all the opponents fighters, but if you lost, you lost the entire MATCH, as they're are no rounds, so matches wouldn't drag on for so long.
@33 Mortal Kombat 9 has Tag Team battles, but the round ends when 2 characters on the opposing team knocked out.
Having the round end when one character dies is fine by me. It feels more like SF that way IMHO. Rather than MvsC3.
In a Wresteling match both members don't need to get pinned to grab a loss.. (I'm not a wrestling fan)
What's the big deal anyway? If your primary gets weak just swap to your full power partner. I'm looking at it as an extra lifebar.
Does the Timeover tally both characters life bars to see which team wins?
#34 I for got about MK. I never used Tag battle in MK though, thought it was only for scrubs who needed two lifebars to win.
Because this game is so offensive oriented, I have a feeling that this is going to be dominated by Poongko and other good King of Fighters players.

@31 A panadora gauge that fills up so a character can use it multiple times? What on earth are you talking about? Pandora is allowed to be activated when u reach 25% or less health. Its not a gauge, and it would be IMPOSSIBLE to allow multiple uses...Pandora Mode kills your teammate off. It's a one time use, gamble, risk reward, all or nothing type of mechanic.
For those saying Pandora is useless have no idea what it is capable of. Say your opponent messes up something that leaves them open (say a Dp or something) if your on 25% life support activate it and the added damage to a super could possibly kill off your opponent for the win. It also has some frames of invulnerability which makes the possibilities endless for frame traps and tricks. I can see many dirty setups for Hugo's super and gives him free buffering possibilities.
I'm sorry #39, but using Pandora Mode a multiple times would be challenging, even in Training Mode. So it would totally work like MK vs. DCU's Rage System because your character won't be killed when your Rage System goes off. You see? The Rage System is an X-Factor-style, multiple type of mechanic. This is what I'm talking about so... Gah what's the use? I wouldn't be so depressed if Scorpion and Ragna the Bloodedge would be a great franchise to MK vs. BB (Mortal Kombat vs. BlazBlue). But these 2 games are the best.

@42 I do get it now because it's a coolest feature. Also, making demands won't get you anywhere on the matter. So you DO know what I'm talking about. All you did was thinking about Pandora Mode declaratively through hot water. Saying that you'll have a Pandora invasion. All that's left for you is a smartest game face. I know it's kind of nit picky and all, but to remember easily, the Pandora System is a risk while the Rage System is usuable multiple times. I'll be using Pandora Mode at critical times. Okay?

I agree with her as well because MK vs. DC was a horrible game because it's not in the much way of blood. So I'm going to wait Mortal Kombat vs. BlazBlue to exist. It should have much blood and that Klose Kombat feature that is more challenging. These two games are the best because of these two main rival matches: Scorpion vs. Sub Zero and Ragna the Bloodedge vs. Jin Kisaragi. So Sub Zero and Jin Kisaragi have icy abilities so let's touch on that. I would like to see what Scorpion will do to Ragna. Then, Konami vs. Capcom is balanced.

@45 The Klose Kombat feature is not a waste of time gimmick because the time stops in a Klose Kombat duration. It's looks like you have been passed that test. Besides, I would be so tempted to join the moderation team.
@8 That was the whoe premis about Hugo when he arrived in 2nd Impact was that he was big, really big. He is was suppose to be the biggest character in Street Figter History. The inspiration is drawn from both Andore from Final Fight and the late great Andre The Giant who was also one of the tallest wrestlers in WWF (WWE).
@4 Been hoping for Lei Wulong as well even as DLC. But it seems like they are whoreing over tier favorites, I use Nina too in Tekken but Lei is exclusive, he was the first chracter I learned AND mastered. Wasn't easy.
Lei is like the Gen of Tekken, but better.
Rolento shouldn't be in this game anyway. Much better street fighter characters that are more deserving than him but that is just my opinion. Aside from that Pandora = useless. Kills you in 8 seconds, you still lose at timeout, and like Seth said it is not a comeback strategy move so again why is it there. To troll maybe?

Even still, I agree that the "one character death = the round" is lame! I mean h*ll, look at CVS2 - those matches took like hours to finish! I don't think having to take out both characters in 2 rounds will take as long as a 3 on 3 CVS2 match! Especially seeing some of these damaging a** combos!
i really think Capcom developers and all the big names there like Ono should seriously consider changing the (1 man dies, whole team loses, per round.) THAT SUCKS big time.. and it will even begin to suck more once the game is out! like it only makes perfect sense.. if one of your characters on your team dies u should be able to try and defend yourself... and another thing is that all gameplay mechanics/supers in the game will still work out if they made this much needed change.. it would seriously make this game even more epic!
