SfxT's gonna have some really neat stages, if nothing else, lots of love put in here.

But I get what you're saying and I contribute that to a few reasons:
1) UMvC3 dropping. No reason not to give that game room to breathe since SfxT isn't scheduled for March or so.
2) AE2012 patch coming soon will fill the gap for the more SF4-incluined people.
3) Gem issue/debacle and they're still messing with it. Look for the next round of characters to also come with more Gem info.
Shadowloo Dinosaur stage is actually referring to a Dino Crisis stage.

I love all the references and detail in these stages, the Skate park, Truck stage, and Final Fight Kabuki stage are my favorites.

Ono already stated that we'll get a lot more info on SFxT in January. Like you mentioned NyuBomber, they're holding out because the AE2012 patch is out in December and they've been putting a lot of focus on that and the location tests recently. In the mean time they've been parading the last SFxT build we saw around places like Singapore and Korea.
Isn't there a billboard with Alex(From 3rd Strike, not Tekken) in one of the levels in SFxT?
The Megaman poster is a hint that Bad Box Art Megaman is going to be in.
Thats Axl not Jay.... also Belgar (last boss) is on drums... that's Andore is not Hugo but Andore Sr? Maybe... Hugos dad most likely.
And the last guy is hard to tell... i think it's either Abigail or Retu (Final Fight 2 last boss)
reasons for abigail because of the color theme and makeup.... but wearing a wig isntead of his trademark mohawk....would fit in with the cast of the mad gear gang.
reasons for Retu.... kabuki is his style... he fits right in this stage.. he's a main boss therefor a major part in final fight history compared to abigail... however hair is not pink and make up is wrong... doesnt make sense to add 1 final fight 2 character in a game filled with final fight 1 characters.
need HD zoomed in screen to make a final consensus... or ask capcom for final comfirmation
man those cameos really kick ass. my only gripe wud be the lack of 3rd strike cameos and the fact that we still have the gem system.but still looks to be a fun casual game

but aren't haggar and zangief, when you really get down to it, the same character in different bodies? i mean, Haggar has a pipe. Zangief has... a metal suit. Haggar wrestles sharks. Zangief wrestles bears. Haggar has an epic mustache. Zangief has epic shin hair.
But when you really get down to it, aren't they basically wrestling Ryu and Ken?

In the 90's when Jurrassic Park first debute there was this weired surge of interest in Dinosaurs, all kinds of toys,video games and movies as well as TV shows came out in the mid 90's because of it. Capcom wanted to capitalize on it so they made a dinosaur game with Resident Evil mechanic.
It was actully a great game it was just plauged with "gasp" horrible voice acting.
@23 you are making one of the most common misconceptions. Before MvC3 the only move Haggar and Zangief share is the lariat and Piledriver.
You might aswell group all grapplers as being basically the same. Who knows what else the may do with Haggar but thanks to MvC3 Haggar has to be a top 3 ” grappler” with sold striking ability.

No...last time I checked, Zangief couldn't pick people up and headbutt them into oblivion, or hit you with 500 gut punches, or follow up with the most hellacious axe handle I've ever seen since the Ultimate Warrior, and I don't remember Haggar being able to smack fireballs out of the air, or blow out fire, or do 50 feet flying elbow drops, or run through AN ENTIRE HYPER COMBO and still SPD your a$$. Grappling Ken/Ryu they are not.

Yes! Exactly! Haggar could have a Command Grab that could offer choices!
Command Grab+
Back Fierce for Suplex.
Rapid Fierce for Headbutt.
Up Roundhouse for Pile Driver.
Or simply choke carry to the corner and drop them for a corner trap!
