@5 I actually think it's pretty good. Perhaps you should only play people in the same region? Also take note of their connection rating. How fast is your connection? That may be the problem too...
In vanilla even if they were in my region it would lag so bad. Here, if both people have a good connection, combos seem so smooth and it's easier to react to things. I can hardly do Storms loop combos when the connection is bad but if it's good I can do it pretty well.
It's not perfect but it's an improvment. I wish you could see the bars in Lobbies though and not just player and rank.
