Frank West
Of all the wacky costumes Frank West has donned over the years, this "cosplayer" take on Mega Man still stands as a fan (and office) favorite. The team wanted to create something that already existed inside the Dead Rising canon, and this fit the bill perfectly. One other consideration was to make this alt Frank (or even Chuck Greene) in his underpants.

Nemesis has tentacles that hang from his back. They twitch when you stand still and flap around when you jump or dash. Really cool stuff, there.

I think think Capcom should have added Tyrant instead of Nemesis. Tyrant was in two of the RE games torturing players where it's going to bust through another wall to scare the living hell out of you. Also that big ass claw beats Nemesis' rocket launcher any day of the week.
Shouldnt Sentinel be in this? He was dead to Marvel but Capcoms love of robots put him in this?
And Ammy is technically reincarnated form her battle 1000 years ago.

Well in comparison to Phoenix (who literally dies and comes back to life on a constant basis), Nemesis (a zombie), Ghost Rider(who came from the dead) and Frank (who is the entire basis of the dead rising pun), I don't think Reincarnation, Metaphorical rebirth of character fandom and a jiang shi who never actually died would count.

What's the point of phoenix having a blue and yellow color based on jim lee's costume and also the costume itself? Two blue and yellows for her. It would be nice if they could have an additional color for the all the dlc costumes. Idk why sfiv has like 10 colors for each costume and this game just has one.

Sentinal is already in the New Age of Heroes pack, which I think fits him better anyways.

If you buy all the DLC costume packs individually it will run you $50.00... I'll wait to pay $20 in March.
Yeah, PSN has 2 DLC packs available. The "rising dead" pack & the "evil twin" pack. I don't know if its a mistake but, I got both.
