#2 That's essentially why I felt compelled to figure out a way to do it more easily. :)
It's just the 2 in 1 done @ last hit. Way to over complicate basic stuff. I'll do one called the secret of option selects and post a video hiding my button inputs too. Lol Lulzy.
This video makes something simple look complicated. This is as easy as buffering the special as you hit the puch/kick button. Example, with Ryu, when playing footsies or just poking, if you use cMedium kick and input the hado motion during the active frames, if it hits, the hado comes out. If it doesn't hit anything, the hado does not come out. It's that simple. It's something we use all the time really unless you are just learning the game.
I don't care if they bring back post-KO hits or not, but I'd like them to at least give Gen back his ability to stance-change after KO. Unintended nerf from the dead-body hit removal that still annoys me to no end.
i, for one, am still upset that they ever took these out. put 'em back! they were fun in that they would allow for otherwise impossible combos. but i wonder if the developers just got sick of too many people taunting at the end of a round.
I’m glad they removed the post-KO hits from Vanilla. It was just annoying after a while. Too bad they re-established it with MvC3, where you can mash Supers and Taunts for a couple of seconds and the game even waits until their are finished before going to the victory screen.
wow, if you go through so much trouble just to get an extra hit after the KO as a way to mind fu*k your opponent and add further insult to injury, then you yourself have some mental issues that obviously need attention. at what point did a simple win become not enough for you a$$holes?
I can't believe almost everyone didn't already know about this. Post KO special/super cancels are easy, just do the input early. However getting another hit out of a target combo is really tricky, I think you only have literally a 1 frame window to get the input. The rule of doing the early input doesn't apply, it has to be EXACTLY as you get the KO.
Neat I guess but don't really see why it needed a tutorial
