@5 absolutely not. No RF, no bonchan, no kindevu, no shengoku, zangitan, uryo alot of people missing from top 20.
@9 Um maybe they are missing because they aren't the best? just saying. but #4 the top 20 in japan is interesting to me because it gives me a grasp of who japan thinks is strong, the Japanese tend to follow trends so if one character is really over played in top 20 then i know that character is really strong, and can expect to face that toon many time while playing.
lastly I love seeing random characters people sleep on in top 20.
