That's the best produced and most interesting interview so far from the community. I really appreciate the insight on the cultural differences and the story about being accepted and asked to join a team. I've lived in Japan and most people are are not very open to foreigners at all. Ameriken earned his trust and respect, props to you and thanks for sharing your experiences.
