Looks like they spent alot of time designing and making DLC costumes no one will want. Wonder if the 2nd batch of DLC costume packs will be any better.

I can't belive that you guys didn't see it. This is a new feature of the game, now you can swap the costumes. And what this means ? They just confirmed R.mika, Bison and Charlie.
(They didn't confirm anyone, this is the same Capcom who said 'Dan died in the trailer huehuehue'

(@22 id like to agree but knowing capcom if i get my hopes up theyll say "WELL THIS DOESN'T MEAN FRANK WEST(Insert R. Mika/Alex here) IS IN THE GAME" like w/ mvc3. I dunno, I guess I'm just cautious...)
I don't see why people are hating on this. How can you not appreciate the humor in these costumes?
Granted, they're not the baddest costumes to grace console gaming (except Dhalsims, that costume is boss, and I even don't like Dhalsim one bit), but if you can't see how these alt costumes are kinda funny, you're not realising gaming is about FUN and enjoying yourself. Noone is forcing you to use these alts.
Personally, I bought the SSF4 alts, although, I did think they were too pricey, but I didn't get the MvC3 one, and I don't plan on getting all the packs for UMvC3 either, since I'll just get the ones I like and the rest... Well, whatever. Same goes here. No reason to get upset. xD

I like the alternate costumes. And my opinion is more important than yours.
And I just can't understand why there are so many angry people over this. I'll bet its in game customization and not DLC. And, this may be a confirmation for Charlie. CHARLIE YO! Chill out angry Trolls.
(Well, #37, all the haters stopped hating on UMVC3, so they decided to funnel their hatred toward SFxT, especially it's gem system. The rest, as they say, is history.)
I have to say... this is actually pretty interesting. I'm a sucker for costumes and for custom colors, so uh... yeah, I'm all for this.
I still need to see how this Gem thing works out, but at least my hype for this game is out of its coma now.
...hopefully the R. Mika alt is a hint that she's in it.

They did that is SF4 already.
Also I really hope these are not set alts but rather customizable pieces that you can assemble on your characters. There could be some sweet custom characterization if that's the case.

@25- Do you honestly believe that these costumes are going to be FREE & on the disc already unlocked with the game? Remember, CAPCOM is making this game, not Namco Bandai.
These are really stupid, I can tell they worked hard on them but in the end most of them look too ridiculous, & again they're gonna make people pay for a large portion of them when most only want a few.
The concept of SFxT was great when announced but as of late they're throwing so much crap & gimmicks at it that I don't even know anymore, I've lost all hype to be honest.
