@5 Because he works for Machinema and they are an editorial outlet that reviews and previews games and other things so they get an early copy. Thats why Max had access to the game. They are allowed to share information already revealed. It's worth noting that he does'nt personally own a copy though. He will still have to buy it on the 15th like everyone else.

I could never use Dr. Strange because I'd be feelig too guilty about cheating on my baby, Dormammu. Still though, this is an interesting watch.

@#2, he just dodged Phoenix H TK Trap by activating the hyper and becoming invulnerable.

No, its just that the H TK trap is normally activated when people jump, I've seen hulk just walk right under it as well. If He jumped he would of got hit.
