Updated: Seth Killian made an official post on the Capcom-Unity blog in the post he linked PDF examples of Ryu, Wolverine, Strider and Dr. Strange.

Seth Killian posted some pictures of the Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 Brady Games strategy guide on Capcom-Unity.

This is only a small preview of some of the information provided in the guide but they also show off Dr. Strange's alternate costume.

i wonder if there gonna let put new costumes to the ones who had it in the first game like dante,chris,ryu same goes with the avengers i would have like a new costume for dante and for chris for example dante from DMC 1 his original costume and chris from RE5 first costume before he got his official costume which in is the green he has now also for ryu there must be one and also for avenger has more costumes from the comics

That's his official Marvel.com rating. The problem with the MvC3 ratings was that Capcom judged it's own characters on a completely different scale than the Marvel characters were judged on.

For $12 on amazon, I'm definitely considering. The vanilla guide did help me out a lot, but then again I really hope a patch doesn't come just to render some of the information outdated.

Dr Strange's alt looks great.Question is this and other alt costumes like Shumas and Jills on the disc already?Or do you have to download them?And are any of the older alt costumes like Ryu's SF1 and Thors 90's costume on the disc?

Definitely worth the $12.51 in my opinion. Considering that I plan on playing with all the new characters and this guide seems to be a lot clearer then the Vanilla Version.

Arthurs DLC costume needs to be Megaman Classic armor.
I'm not really fond of DLC costumes for MvC... but well, some things are too good to pass up.

Wonder what Felicias alt costume will end up being. Guess we'll all know what they have planned come Tuesday.

I DON'T LIKE THE FACT THAT MARVEL INSISTS ON RATING (QUANTITATIVELY), THE INTELLIGENCE OF CHARACTERS.
THEY SHOULD CATEGORIZE THEIR PSYCHOLOGY OR MENTAL ATTITUDE/PROFICIENCY.

(Furious (Hulk), Scientific genius (J.Starks), Wisdom (Storm), Bi-Polar & Self-Destructive (go figure), Jokester, Sociopath, Spiritual, Mystical, etc...

Dr. Strange only getting a 4/7 on intelligence sounds like they think intelligence is only based on science, and not esoteric knowledge or mysticism.

So Strider gets a 155% damage increase while Ryu gets a 185% increase in lvl 3 xfactor.

I thought they toned down xfactor and normalized it for everyone.... Whatever, it can't be worse than vanilla xfactor b.s

I hope the pdf versions posted aren't representative of the final version. They better keep the DLC costume pics in. I assume the guides are already printed, so hopefully the pdf versions are older.

I am immensely disappointed with Wolverine's alternate costume.
I always wanted to see him without a mask, wearing civilian clothes.
