well rest assured for people who wish to see Bison, Blanka, Honda, Balrog, Jin, jack, Lei, and Paul...
also, Ganryu will probably make it so he can be matched up against Honda, and Eddy will probably make it too - considering he was one orf the more unique fighters in tekken... in which case D-Jay will probably make it too.
oh yeah, Akuma will probably be in too, along with one of the devil forms of kazuya or jin, or just orge or jinpachi...

@22 your opinion don't judge till the game comes out like how did they sell out because there trying something new like gems? what Seth was explaining in the video they seemed to be balanced but we still have to wait to see if there balanced or not.

Still hoping for Karin (and to a lesser extent Sakura), and maybe even some Sodom. On the Tekken side, some Lei love would be nice. And maybe even Bruce! This game needs more Muay Thai.
But then again, every fighting game could use some more Muay Thai.

I've got sagat and most likely from the trailers asuka so im happy. Don't mind whos left to be announced but would like Q, R.Mika, Urien, Lei, Bison, Paul, Balrog, Law and Jin. They would be bonus ones to me (I have more belief in the last 5 ones though)
mmm... the only thing that i found weird is that rufus got announced but tekken never announce the other side except that they show a pictures of asuka but no video of the gameplay which they already show her feet in a picture not long ago and the other announcements isn't 16 or 15 idk teasers wasnt the last characters that was gonna be in the game which was alot of characters and much of them were very good characters. but still im not gonna buy the game if there gonna do the same thing marvel vs capcom 3 which alot of people bought it and got mad at it for wasting money soo this time am gonna wait until something comes up with another released of the game with more characters

R.Mika sounds like a decent addition I've been dying for a character with a body splash, semi safe approach move, 360 punch grab, and moving 360 kick grab. Hugo and Zangief just don't have big enough boobs to fill that position.
I'm extremely aware she had a slide, air throw, and some other command normal/normals. Just think it's funny how nobody ever says they want a character because they play a certain way.

The SFXT champ is just some kid from Idaho! He won a comp on the unity boards to win 3 world exclusive gems(5000% stun/Gill ressurection/unblockable atacks).
He always goes random select and tears up all the competition, some people say he's an OP f@g but the OG's defend him and say to adapt so whatevz...

hoping alex, elena and birdie are among those old favorites that will come back.
Ofcourse they can make more characters since Capcom is using a modified version of the SF4 engine,its easier for them now to add more characters with less trouble.If people can make Sonic on their own,prety sure Capcom can make a bigger roster(which is dam good thing im not complaining at all im geting this game day one).The Gem system seems very gimmicky to me.

Not true. They have different stories, different height, different weight. Furthermore, it's speculated that Mike was in the SF2 intro getting punched by Joe. So he is clearly not Balrog (M.Bison).

For years I have mained Blanka, and seconded Honda.
If they reveal neither of them for this game, I may just have to skip it. It's been so long since I have been proficient with a hado character that I'm not sure it's worth trying to transition back.
Did anyone notice in the very first SFxT video released, the background had two semi trailors in it. On one trailor was a painting of Blanka, and on the other was a painting of Honda. I have a feeling they are including them in a background in lieu of including them as playable characters. I hope not.

i really dont see why people are asking for akuma. i mean you got him for Mvc3,you got him for cvs2, you got him for ssf4, you got him for sf3, and you got him for just about any other game that has ryu in it. cant yall go 1 GAME without that guy. -__- i dont hate him but COME ON! give the guy some down time.

For me its because he's the only shoto that can hold my interest as a player. Ryu and Ken are nearly identical on the surface (though I realize they play quite differently), Akuma brings teleports, air fireballs, different types of hadokens, and of course his Raging Demon. He's just more fun for me, and I've played and mained him in almost every game he's been in and I really don't want to see him go in this iteration.
But, if he isn't included I'll find someone else that interests me, Rolento is already topping my list, Lili looks crazy good, we'll see.

I don't know what everyones reason for wanting Karin, though I have some ideas. Mine actally has some substance. Karin is basically Fei Long/Guy/Gouken Hybrid. Imagine rekka pressure with high low mix ups. She was the first character I got seriously competitive with in 1999. I think she would have been an excellent addition to SSFIV AE but oh well, but im hoping to see her in SFxT.
Though nobody cares I think Lei Wulong would bring something interesting to the table with multiple stances on a 2D plane. Gen would make a great rival againts him since Lei is based off of that premise of changing stances in mid battle.

@#116,#120 Yes, add Alex the dinosaur from Tekken 2. Add Alex and Gon! Dinosaurs in the foreground and the background just like "Primal Rage". :) Seriously though, Alex(Street Fighter 3) shouldn't be added for that very reason. There's an Alex from both universes. Someone out there is a fan of Alex the dino. They'd hear Alex is in the game, get hyped, and then be pissed that it is a douche in overalls from the Street Fighter universe. If they're going to add Alex, then they should be fair and add both Alex(Tekken's dinosaur) and Alex(Street Fighter's blond ambition).

@#112 I'd love to see Gen(Street Fighter) and Lei(Tekken) added to the game. I just have to ask though. Is this game going to be an easy-fighter or a complex-fighter? From what I hear the complexity is going to be in the form of sorting through the hundred or so gems. I'm not afraid of change. However, I feel this game is going to be quite a different change than any of us might think. Regardless, I've pre-ordered the "Special Edition", and look forward to Street Figher X Tekken.
