LOL at fanatiq for the Spencer Rant. I'm not sure what buffs he was talking about for Spencer I think they are minor if anything but I'm no expert.

I do agree with him about Phoenix though. Nerfing her health so much wasn't the answer IMO. Unless they did it for when she turns into dark Phoenix. As far as unplayable? I'm not sure. I really like the character but I don't use her that much on my team because of her health already.

I agree with ReNic about experienced players using tactics to sap inexperienced players meter. From what we know about gems so far, some gems require meter to use their benefits. So, equipping safety gems are like a gift and a curse.

I would not be too scared of fanatiq's unexposed tech it's probably just a new combo or a fancy mix up or something.
Magneto can't only kill with 3 meters in ultimate anyway(unless I am mistaken I did do some research)

I like what ReNic was saying how most of the Gems is gonna hurt newcomers rather than help because more experienced players will just abuse their own Gems to make them lose meter. I think Capcom should just make some really solid tutorials built into the game rather than shoe horning mechanics that teach them not to play the game.

Pools are pretty varied, you just can't see ALL the matches and you don't always want to see all the matches. Plus check out smaller tournies also (there's a lot of good players that can't manage to travel to majors) for variety.

I don't know what fanatiq is talking about, Phoenix is still a beast! Did nobody see how unbelievably broken she was to begin with in vanilla? But in UMVC# she can fly and still shoot more than 1 fireball, teleport and/or land to the ground safely after flight. The health nerf doesn't make much of a difference with Phoenix anyway because if she got touched once she was pretty much dead.. Then fanatiq says that wolverine players are going to get exposed along with bad magneto players. Wolverine is still a beast, his basic day 1 combo still does 700k damage.. And bad Magneto players already get exposed in vanilla ( like me )! I agree with him on 1 thing and that's air x-factor.. I personally don't even think x-factor should be in the game.. PERIOD!

I liked Fanatiq alot before I saw that interview. smh
