No they're not, let's be realistic. They're viable characters, but comparing them to Yun is silly.

its all in the players hands man. the Yun matchup is played so much and well known. the low tier chars the ones nobody uses. no one knows how to do anything aganist em as they dont know what to expect. mebbe comparing to S tier is a bit much...fine fine A then ;)
