Season 5 episode 2 from the Cross Counter team is up now, here's a rundown of the video.
Gootecks and Mike Ross recap the week in fighting games as well as go in-depth on a discussion about execution and the hardware you need to record your matches.
First up is a discussion about Ryan Hart's trip to Japan. Ryan Hart is one of the UK's best fighting game players and he's recently taken a trip to Japan to train. Since being there, he's noticed an interesting occurrence between Daigo and Kazunoko.
Next up, they talk about Tokido and Mago's recent foray into the online Marvel vs. Capcom 3 world.

i like ryan hart commented on how you have to take uneccessary risk to get out of yuns pressure lmao. Any players who plays aggressively knows the mindset set of other aggressive players its like rock, paper, scissors. which makes it EVEN BETTER. You guess right you could easily turn the table for a comeback, you guess wrong you die quickly. I think thats fair in all ways possible. Yet i am an aggressive player so escaping pressure will not be a problem ... the only thing im concerned about yun is his priority of attacks when pressuring. From game play it looks like his only 3 frame attacks are st. jab and cr. short. So if his other normals come out slower yet people have a problem with him. Its because either they give him alot of guard stun and frame advantage on block. Or his normals just out prioritize normals even if they 1 or 2 frames faster than his... The guard stun we can deal with, but the high priority of constant pressuring normals will mindf*** the community. just think of yun having prioty like super bison's cr.lk. but on all of his normals no mater the frame startup. I really hope that is not the case or the community will scream nerf within the first week of console release
Woah, Smash Bros. is gonna be at CEO?
Hell yes. I just hope they don't use items like at Evo 08...
Thanks for leaving out the only Canadian stop of the EVO Tournament Series in Montreal...
What these guys do for the community week in and week out is pretty remarkable.
