The only downfall I can see with this method is that raw tagging forfeits the red health on the incoming character, unlike DHC'ing (with or without the glitch.) If you bring in a recovering character using this method you may give up a decent chunk of health doing so.
There's really not much of a point to this. From what's shown, other than Magneto's hypergrav, you can only do this off of a wall or ground bounce, and the characters that can do that already have good enough combos of their own. All of his examples were just too risky and wastes of meter to even use to just do a really early lvl1 super.
This seems like it would only have use for switching in a character with level 3, but pretty much all of the characters shown except for Spencer have level 3s.
Donkey Kick to combo?! That's amazing, hope it works out for my team as well but can't test it out for a while...
An amazing video. Never knew about Raw tagging but I may as well try.
@7 I believe that you think to linear. Its a safe way to get a character in, a good way to set up your DHC glitch if your team is constructed in such a way that you can only DHC glitch with your team in a particular order. Its not always about the full life kill.
I wonder if anyone is gonna pull this off for evo and the video has a link to a tron and trish raw tag combo he said he forgot to put in ....
