Capcom Europe put up another new 'teaser' for Street Fighter X Tekken, which shows Julia from the Tekken universe.

She joins Sagat and Cammy as another newly confirmed fighter.

Tip from Zombiebrian and A1Lowell.

Well now we're getting somewhere. Even though I don't really play Tekken, I'm excited to see who they pick on the tekken side because I'm really interested to see how they all transition into 2D.

I might be forgetting some WW or original Tekken but I think they'll all be in there. All in all, after DLC and updated games - 54 characters. Totally doable since 20 of these models and animations are already done. Leaving a cast of 36 to make, which is about what MVC3 did, plus we're also alotting for DLC as well or an updated game.

Not a huge Tekken fan (stopped playing around Tekken 3 when RPGs took over my life heh!) But I am pretty hype for this game as I have alot of friends who are good at both Tekken and SF. Curious what the final roster will look like.

I really hope so. :P Actually I prefer the 2D fighting system over the one from Tekken. Perhaps it will be so different that I might change my Tekken main (Raven). XD

I'm serious Capcom. Stop putting in horribly useless characters like bob and julia. Fair enough some people are pervs for cammy but I hate her. Add some good characters like Alex, Remy, Forest Law and Steve. At the moment im not getting this game because it looks utter crap. It's just filled with high tier and overused characters. All in all start putting in characters that are actually cool and not boring and that people will use and not perv over...

Tekken
Asuka, Forest/Marshal Law, Lei, Jin, Devil Jin, Kazuya, Raven and Unkown

Street Fighter
Makoto, Guy, Fei Long, Sakura, Ibuki, Cammy, Rose, Rolento and Evil Ryu

I think it's about diversity and not about putting characters with a similar style in the game, like Bob/Rufus, Bruce/Sagat, Honda/Ganryu.
I actually think it would be a waste to have such similar characters like Honda and Ganryu in the game.

He is one of the original grapplers in the game...sorry to get off topic and all...but imagine the dream match opportunties with Gief in this game...Zangief is the main grappler in the Street Fighter series...along with King being the main grappler for the Tekken series...so doesn't it make sense that Zangief SHOULD DEFINITELY be in Street Fighter X Tekken?

#19 The fact that you think Remy is a good character disqualifys you from saying anything (the other three are good though).

Make sure to be patient, and start complaining when ALL the characters are revealed and yours did not get in.

And I heard Capcom makes character selection based on gameplay styles more than on popular demand.

Not that I wasn't sure my main from Tekken was in (I figured as much), but it's nice to have it confirmed this early.

Now I just need Juri, Lei, Leo and Feng Wei confirmation and I'm all set. ^_^

As far as the "trailer" is concerned, I really am not offended by it. It's not meant to "hide" who it is obviously. And it's way too early to criticize the roster.

Ugh. That's a good pick. I still think Hugo though because, going with my list, they need one more grappler for a total of six.

And, this game very much is going off pairs if you look at the first reveal trailer. The whole game is about who is the best 'blank' of all time.

Therefore, the game would need to have grappler v grappler and ninja v ninja. It would be a waste of both series not to. And yes, the characters would play very different. Look at Bob and Rufus for instance. Or king and Gief.

Im surprised you manage to forget Vega vs Miguel both bloodthirsty Spanish matadors. Bonus thing is they fight nothing like each other.

Id also pair urien vs Bryan fury together, Urien having metallic skin and Bryan is a cyborg, white hair and tanned skinned. Also im sure urien would have fun with the juggle system in place where as he would be limited in a normal sf4 game.

uhh how a different doll you mentioned have to do what i said?
From the name you posted Juli(a) and Noembelu are 2 different dolls from the info i gathered.Just noembelu was left out due do capcom trying to shove thawk in the game(sfa3). Noem was supposed to be the one found at the end of sfa3 and juli found during sf4 storyline thawks ending.

Lol@ capcom street fighter storyline along with UDON version of it, cluster**** central. Either way they still both separate dolls and thawk was in search of both of them and neither was his wife or girlfriend

Although she does quite a bit to begin with, particularly her throws and command throws.

Other than that, none cross my mind.
