Alex Valle sent over this press release from the Hit Box guys about a challenge featuring TTC|ToXY at the upcoming Revelations tournament.
What happens when you take an international top player, then give him a Hit Box with under a month to prepare for one of the biggest fighting game tournaments in the world? Some insane dedication! TTC|ToXY of Australia has accepted the challenge of Hit Box developers Shawn and Dustin Huffer to travel across the world and compete with a foreign controller against the toughest competition the world has to offer.
TTC|ToXY has 20 days to prepare, learn, and maybe even master the Hit Box starting from scratch. At Revelations on June 10th - 12th, TTC|ToXY will test his might against all contenders; stick, pad, and Hit Box players alike at the Hit Box booth and in the tournament. Challengers who are lucky enough to win the booth challenge will be entered into a VIP raffle for a special prize: One Custom Hit Box made especially for you!
The Hit Box Challenge starts now!
You can find more information about the Hit Box, a.k.a. stickless joysticks, here.
gotlike. I know kurasa tried one out and popular players trying it out is what the hitbox needs for global saturation
Hey guys, JohnGrimm over at Hit Box HQ. I already get in trouble for talking too much whenever Hit Box news comes up, but I'd just like to say thank you for your support, Eventhubs in particular has been very good to us, and I hope all of you are rooting for TTC|ToXY when Revelations rolls around. Be sure to stop by our booth even if it's just to say hi, we love talking to the community and we'll be running a bunch of stations so you can try out the Hit Box, might even have some mystery games you might not have seen before.
one month is sure enough time to train and get used to the stick, maybe not master it but he will be ok.
