A Street Fighter 3 Third Strike highlight reel with some slightly NSFW moments featuring an outstanding Hugo player, Hayao, was recently uploaded by RVN. There are a lot of match highlights and even a one-handed 720 motion being performed.

He's easily the best Hugo there is... No doubt about that. Name another Hugo that made it to the SBO semi-finals and with 1 member less than other teams. Can't beat that.

ive seen a vid of those 2 guys in the video (the cross dresser and the other guy) and i was under the impression that one was Hayao and the other was Kuroda. but i read in the comments that Kuroda was the one pink stuff on. and Kuroda had the Q head. which didnt make sense to me.

can someone who knows for sure confirm who was who?

actually Kuroda Hayao and YSB have the best Hugos out there. even Hayao stated that Kuroda had taught him a few tricks with Hugo that hed never known about. other then those 3 i really cant see anyone else.

The only reason he can get away with dressing like that is because cosplay is really big in Japan, being "weird" is normal for them. lol

I don't think people really understand how hard some of the things he's doing. It's not like Zangief in SSF4 where you can block and churn butter for the 720 motion to come out. The timing and execution is much more strict and there's no auto block system while in block stun. It's truly amazing how he's able to pull some of these things off in real game matches.
