1. the World Warriors / The original Tekken 1 cast
2. Two boss characters (bison here)/ Two boss characters.
3. Two SFIV characters / Two Tekken 6 characters.
4. AND THE TOP TEN OBSCURE REQUESTS FOR EACH FRANCHISE!!!
5. One new character for each side.
That's 36 characters. Totally do-able these days. Even mandatory after MK.

@17 it is Ryu you can see the headband & belt. Also from the Fighters Generation the 3Ds model of him. The only fighting game character who wears white with red boots is Andy Bogard & since he's SNK it can't be him.

Yeah King has had that throw for awhile now. If I am not mistaken, he has had it since that version of him first debut in Tekken3(The previous two games was a different king). If he indeed has that move it could mean one of two things... They gave him that as a command grab, or he has most if not all of his chain throws in the game.... Or heck maybe it is both.

well it's mainly user ChunLi(or he's just very stupid off course) since he has started it all. because of him a lot of dumbasses(which this site is full of btw) will jump on the bandwagon of seriously speculating in pixel-perfect detail why that character can't be ryu and is most likely "character x".

notice how i deliberately picked a sfxt image and not a sf4 image just so nobody can say " well that's because sfxt ryu's pants are different from sf4 ryu's"? cause yeah, that remark was totally gonna follow if i didn't.
furthermore he said it looked like the pants were tucked into boots. like for christ's sake it has the exact same color as king's skintone and if that wasn't obvious enough, you can clearly see an ankle on his right leg. if you look even closer at the image, you can see ryu's head lying on king's shoulder(recognizable by his red headband).
only posted this comment so people stop focusing on the stupid picture, cause i'm much more interested in what people have to say about the news in general.

you say its ryu and post a link showing pictures, yet none of them show ryu with with red boots anywhere like it does in the picture. would be a pointless teaser picture if it was a ryu alternate costume. I would say Bison CE alt color with the white and red boots, Rolento had red boots in the final fight games but he also had on green tiger strip pants, zangief doesnt wear pants. Thats about all i can think of off the top of my head unless they allow tekken like costume options...
Looks like the left leg has a red boot on,and appears tucked in due to the end part of the pants doesnt looked ripped like ryu pants usually does. But the right leg the ends of the pants look more raggedy and the foot area looks slimmer and seems like it doesnt have any foot wear on. My final conclusion is that the picture quality is horrible and most likely is just ryu model blurry or the renderer wasnt in full effect.

That seems like a personal attack to me, but if you believe that, no one is going to stop you, it's the internet. Me giving details on the outfit in question, in comparison to Ryu's and Makoto's, is trolling?

Look at Ryu here and compare it to the photo in question, do the pants match up?

I think I know who King gave the Muscle Buster to... It's somebody from Tekken or somebody from SF. Might be Leo or Miguel, or Bison...
Oh and to everybody else, one of King's signature grabs is the Muscle Buster.
Idk. Was thinking Evil Ryu. Skin looks dark and Gi looks black. That or Akuma, b/c Akuma's Gi pants do go up to the middle of his calf. Ryu's is a bit lower. Dgaf about the sandals.
Or it's a new game mechanic with grappler types in SFxT.

That's Ryu! The picture is dark and blurry so the right leg of the gi looks less torn and his skin looks darker. You can obviously see a headband. The length of the pants were either changed or being pulled back by the pressure that King is putting on Ryu's legs.
Can anyone point out where these "red boots" are? If you look closely at the right side of the pic (King's left hand), you can clearly see the inner ankle, thus showing the character is BAREFOOT. It is Ryu as you can see almost half his calf, his gi has always been like that.
u gotta stop lookin at pics as if there just new characters obviously its just showing a move that king players might be fond of and furthermore might reveal a little about which version they might be going for or playstyle he might have
