its not the time elapsed that im worried about, its the technique, it doesnt really look/feel like "painting" to me. Its more of a cel-shading. You can call time elapsed vids speed painting, but thats not really a "speed painting". It gives you the concept though, creating a painting in a short time period (in minutes) and such, but without time elapse.

heres a time-elapsed "painting" of chun that took about 2 or so hours. (not by me....i wish though.)

It doesn't have to be anatomically correct. Everyone has their own way of drawing. Are you guy's going to tell me if the guy made a Chibi version of chun-li your going to say its anatomically incorrect? I'm sure if the man really wanted to make a more "realistic" drawing of Chun-li he would have.
