This is a sweet cross-up but yeah, it does seem awkward to do especially with all of the teleporting characters, but good find :U
Capcom should buy the TMNT franchise and make Tournament Fighters 2, with characters that make sense, not frigging Street Sharks and random purple monsters. If this happens, I'll play the game til I'm dead, and main Donatello of course, and Usagi Yojimbo for sub. Hmmm wait... maybe Aksys should buy it...
All Ubisoft can do with TMNT is total crap, it's a shame.
This is so bad. First of all TKing lightning B is not new this is hella old. I figured that out day one. Second what they don't show you in the vid is you can only combo off TK lightning B without an assist if you hit at the very tip of it. They also don't show that it does NOT cross up in the corner.
Also there is only one legit set up for it in the whole video. You can't just throw out TK Lightning B when at full screen in a real MVC3 match. It doesn't go through projectiles, has slow start up, and it is seeable from almost any range that is not point blank.
This video is another shining example of how the Zero community is so far behind. Discovering how useful TK air moves are in a fighting game is Day 1 stuff. It should be on your list of stuff to check when you pick up the character first and only now is someone releasing a video about stuff that should have been obvious from day one. Sad.
Then you should make us a super awesome video. Logic would follow from your argument that you could make something better, so please do.
I have been considering it. Only thing stopping me is motivation, a camera, and some video editing software.
The Zero community is doing a lot of things wrong with Zero. They are not getting max, consistant damage in real matches, they essential have no set ups, and all they do is follow whatever Marn does. Marn doesn't even do the right Zero combos. He's still doing that stupid delay fall combo that does mediocre damage and is inconsistant on the cast. Not to mention his combos with lvl 3 buster already charged are not what they could be. 95% Zero players don't know how to use use buster effectively EITHER, they basically just charge it and throw it out whenever.
even so this guy that calls himself "zero" just want to cause a flame battle, i must say that i agree with most of what he said already, is true that most people dont know how to play zero effectively however that doesnt make this video worthless or anything in fact is very well done an while raikosen only work well at fullscreen situation that doesnt mean the move is completely useless, i use raikosen for movement speed since is very good against zoning character such as deadpool, dormamu an chris but anyway, i will say this again the video is very well done, but i do agree with "zero" that people copy marn which is bad since marn is good but he is overrated when it comes down to zero at best his zero is a bit best than avarage zero gameplay an the main reason is because he still dont use the switch charge tecnique which consist in using all attack button while still keeping the charge of the buster, i have seen just a few people that can do that consistently
I play PS3 pad, and I can manage to hold down the Light attack with the tip of my thumb and be able to attack normally with the rest of my thumb, so I have a couple good Z-Buster combos.
I'm having trouble alternating the attack buttons to do what players on stick can do, by maintaining a charge while switching, but I know I'm doing what little of Zero players do (on pad, no less) and I feel accomplished with the combos I have come up with.
Awesome video! I never really thought that these moves even existed, i just tried them out, and i seriously confused one my rivals with this mixup! Oh.. and whatever that other guy in the comments is saying... HOT AIR, i just tried all these moves just to see if he's right.. completely wrong... Obvious troll, is obvious!
