Those commercials they do are hilarious. I love how Gootecks breaks out into laughter and Mike is acting like a goofball. TV commercials should be like this.
I absolutely agree that Wolfkrone is an amazing player. But I MORE than agree Viper is amazing. Top tier by far. She's been almost unchanged since Vanilla but her mix up and reversals are second to none. Her hard up-punch is a better reversal than an SRK. For real. And she builds meter like a battery so whenever she gets scared - EX ground pound. Everytime. In good hands she is almost unbeatable by characters like Hakan.
@Voa
JWong definetly has played some strange teams but that weekend he was associated with three negative things.
1. A change from 2/3 to 3/5 Teams finals
2. Being awarded a coin flip over if he should actually have to fight PR Rog (this was the bracket fix). He didn't he got his wish to play Inthul, a player he requested to fight instead.
3. Throwing the match with Noel in Finals - this is what he was punished for, but again, not a good weekend for J's credibility. I love his crazy teams but it was really hard to hear that pro's get preferential treatment, something I had seen at other tournaments, live and on the stream, but now was a sure thing in my mind and EVO is not exempt from this either I'm afraid. I have a story but I won't post it for brevity's sake.
@Chop
How have I not heard that before? Very classic.

Frankly, I don't like the look of 'whatever' on their faces when they are discussing Wong's punishment. And the statement of 'this has been going long time' and that's Ok. In my young four years of playing ST, 3S and of course, SSFIV I have seen lots of this bull at nearly every tournament, even local tournaments favoring local popular players. So what? That makes it Ok? If this was Japan you would be shamed out of the country. Who cares how good they are? If they are caught cheating in any capacity punish them fully. That goes for anybody and everybody.
hmmm, whatever happened to them analyzing games? lately its just recaps of tournaments and News.
Who hasn't seen A Christmas Story?
