lol, me and some friends were looking at some old videos of this a week or so ago, thinking it'd never actually be finished.

Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition [BrokenRainbow Mode]...I'm going to have fun.

I thought that each character can change to different characters during a match... and strange attacks and special moves like fireballs zig-zig. I played SF2: Turbo (Rainbow). It was fun. Anyway, this game SF4: Rainbow would be fun to me, too.

Oh hey editing programmer, you can reduce a lot damages of all supers and ultras. I saw Sagat's ultra do too much damage. =/

Not to defend console users, but this game can easily be torrented and the mod can be applied for free without much effort.

The computer can actually utilize these changes to some extent. Computer Abel is terrifying, and computer Seth will do 90% damage combos. Luckily they don't deal with fireballs well.

I want something from the original Rainbow, when Zangief does his Lariat, Dhalsim Yoga fire appear at both sides of his feet because he was spinning too fast.

This would be so cool if there was any attempt at balance made at all instead of Seth having all of that immediately kill you crap and Ryu and having MP infinites and whatever else is in the game. The Chun-Li video seems like... like how a fighting game should be. Looks to reward skill and has some crazy combos. Wouldn't mind losing half of my life to the combo in the Chun-Li video, and giving Viper the tactics in her video would be awesome, but then the rest of the game is ****ed to ****.

its just made for FUN its ot ment to be balanced, its not ment to be a game thats come out to be at tourneys, its just like Mugen for anyone who has played that.

its just for fun mugen is a fun game, not every game needs to be perfectly balanced and tourney worhty. ITS FOR FUN!, amd #36 #37 u fail

It'd be pretty cool to play with that in training mode just for fun. But damage is way too high for 1 on 1 fights. Make it 3 on 3 tag fights, these games are the best hehe

As everyone knows who is at least a little bit decent at gaming, that a game is as hard as you make it.

Saying gogo easy mode game is completely irrelevant because there are no easy games when you can play online.

What a fun throwback, makes me remember being totally AMAZED way back when I found an SF2 rainbow arcade machine at a local mall...it was like finding a hidden treasure, I didnt understand why so crazy, I had ryu fireballing directionally while standing in mid air, I KNEW it was broken even back then, but was still like woaahhhh.

Only on PC lol.

And just like Rainbow Edition and all those old SF2 hacks, this thing sucks so bad it's not even funny.

How this NOT be balanced? Everyone is probably broken and has a ToD combo, so it's not like any one character has an advantage over anyone else. Pick who you like and go wild!

The great part about fighting games is if your friend picks a a real cheesy character and starts wailing on you, you can always mirror match him and fling some cheese right back.
