The Evil Ryu guide here on EventHubs has been added with information including Evil Ryu's normal and special moves along with his Super and Ultra Combos. If you're thinking about trying this character in the upcoming Arcade Edition DLC, then this will be a good place to get started.Evil Ryu is a character with a lot of powerful options at many ranges. He has a great approach game with his Hop Kick and Axe Kick along with an overhead to punish defensive players. He also has a fantastic zoning game with his quick-recovery fireballs and a good damage game, especially in the corner. Just like Ryu, Ken and Akuma, Evil Ryu has great reversal options with his Shoryuken.
Evil Ryu has a low stamina and stun rating though (same as Akuma) so you have to play him very carefully, leaving few defensive openings. His teleport move is poor, hurting his defensive strength. Characters with strong anti-fireball tactics also give Evil Ryu a rough time since it's such an important portion of his defensive game.
The best way to think of Evil Ryu as a character is Ryu with Akuma elements. The power of Evil Ryu lies in his Axe Kick and that move is what separates him from the other two characters.
The information for this guide was compiled from match videos and the arcade cabinets at University Pinball. No frame data currently exists for Evil Ryu.

If you're gonna troll, you could at least be clever about it.
What's the point of playing as a slightly worse Ryu in AE? Fireballs have been reduced to a way of saying 'Hey Yun player, please perform a 25-hit-combo on me for free'!
@7 Yun is a strong character and will likely win some tourneys but this is far from a third strike situation.
The most boring character ever just got even more boring.
Another Shoto to dizzy with my Sakura, nice!
Oh also the low stamina is great for my Cammy, yum yum the cat is eating your health. :3
I look forward to eating him alive with Cammy
