Seems like this Arthur has finished the Online Mode....twice.

Why is Arthur's voice not the superior English version?

You know what the sad thing about these combos. No ones going to do them in tourneys. It's great Capcom designed these combos for Arthur but no one will attempt to do them. People uses him as a keep away / point character and builds meter while at it. Only two we'll probably see are the loop in the corner and the one where x factored arthur throws his lance across the screen repetitively.

I could never understand why some people absolutely refuse to use the English voice over the Japanese one. Some say it's tradition but I say just because it's "tradition" does not mean it's completely stupid (Ex. Spain's "Running of the Bulls). Arthur's English voice is way more natural sounding than the Japanese one.

Also, I DO like the Ryu and Akuma English voice actors.

I don't understand how something subjective can be subjective. How does that even work?!

All of the english voices are better than the jap ones in this fighting game..

@8 English Tron Bonne and Felicia do get rather annoying. Morrigan at times too.

English Ryu is really unbearable for me in this game. Anyway I normally go with the language that best fit each character (in my opinion of course). English Arthur is sick, but unfortunately I never hear it haha

I heard that a rumor that they dropped 2 stages because Americans had to have Japanese and English voice options for the game.

Which explains why Mortal Kombat 9 has 30 stages and this only has 10

Personally, I would be alright with only 5 stages. I exclusively select the training room when I play online anyway.

Every time I hear Haggar, Arthur, or Spencer being used with a Japanese voice, I about break my desk with my head.

I jump for joy when i hear there japanese voice.

i like spencer's english VA but man, hearing that dumb phrase over and over again blows. that and when he says BIONIC AAARM it sounds like he was embarrassed to be yelling in the recording studio or something. sounds mad weak compared to the (admittedly unfitting) super deep japanese VA

LOL at people talking about the voice overs rather than the actual combos in the COMBO VIDEO.

This is an excellent vid that demonstrates what Arthur's hand to hand combat is capable of. I play Arthur and I play in-your-face Arthur just as much as keep-away Arthur and the reason is a lot of people expect you to cower away and aren't sure what to do against an Arthur who keeps pressing forward (of course, you would need a good assist to cover you and keep them afraid like Haggar's).

I'm really glad to see some nice close range combat for Arthur. Kind of makes me consider popping him into my current team.

Since when did this go from an Arthur combo video to some amateur American Idol voice comparison non sense? The video is great, those combos are ridiculous.

The combos are great. I don't get why people still use the Japanese Arthur voice. He's just not nearly as awesome as the English VA. English Arthur actually sounds like a knight in shining armor.

(How did he start moving during his level 3? X-factor?)
