Marvel vs. Capcom 3 shipped out two million units world wide, according to the official Japanese website. Keep in mind this is not total sales for the game, just how many were shipped out to retailers.
And black ops broke 5 million in it's first week in actual sales (http://www.vg247.com/2010/11/11/black...) , and is currently skirting at 24 million units total, No street fighter or vs game, hell no single version(Vanilla Street Fighter 4, Super Turbo, HDR) of a fighting game has ever sold that much over it's total life time.
