Revelations Online Tournament announced

Revelations Online, which will host online tournaments for Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Super Street Fighter 4 and BlazBlue: Continuum Shift, was announced recently. The top placers in each game will win a full sponsorship package to Revelations, June 10 - 12, 2011.

Click 'Join Tournament' on the desired game (SSF4,MvC3, or BB:CS)
Complete registration with Paypal and you're ready to go!
Return to the 'Tournaments' page the day of the event to check brackets.

Chat/Live Support
All participants are to log into Battle247 chat.
You can find the chat bar on the bottom of any Battle247 page in orange.
Click 'Join Chat' to view the chat box and select a network- Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, Yahoo Your opponent and Battle247 Live support will be available in the chat box for your convenience.

How do I report my match?
Both players must report the results upon the completion of a match.
To report, visit the Report tab on the top right side of the navigation or select tournament result from the dropdown.
Scores become finalized after both players have submitted the final results.
If there are no discrepancies or disputes, each player win-loss record is automatically adjusted.

Entry Fee:
$5.00 per tournament

Time:
All tournaments start at 12 p.m. Pacific Standard Time

Bracket Seeding:
Brackets are randomly generated and players will be matched versus any region.

Registration Cut Off and Bracket Display:
Registration will close at 9 a.m. Pacific Standard Time the day of each tournament. After 9 a.m., brackets will be displayed in the tournament section. We suggest players to send a 'Friend Request' to your opponent prior to tournament start time of 12 p.m.

Super Street Fighter 4
Date: 4/10/2011
• Super SF4 Online Tournament will take place on the XBOX360 console.
• Single elimination
• One match is best of 5 games.
• One game is best of 3, 99-second rounds.
• Grand Finals is the best of 5 games.
• Winner must select the same character and ultra, loser may switch.
• Programmable controllers and/or turbo functions are banned.
• Use of lag switches or any intentional network interference will result in a disqualification.

Blazblue: Continuum Shift
Date: 4/17/2011
• BlazBlue: Continuum Shift will take place on the PlayStation 3 (PS3) console.
• Single elimination.
• One match is best of 5 games.
• One game is best of 3, 99-second rounds.
• Grand Finals is the best of 5 games.
• Winner must select the same character, loser may switch.
• Programmable controllers and/or turbo functions are banned.
• Use of lag switches or any intentional network interference will result in a disqualification.

Marvel vs Capcom 3
Date: 5/22/2011
• Marvel vs Capcom 3 Online Tournament will take place on the XBOX360 console.
• Single elimination
• One match is best of 5 games.
• One game is 99-second rounds.
• Grand Finals is the best of 5 games.
• Winner must select the same team, loser may switch.
• Programmable controllers and/or turbo functions are banned.
• Use of lag switches or any intentional network interference will result in a disqualification.

Prize Distribution:
Airfare, lodging, and entry fee to Revelations awarded for 1st place finishers on Blazblue: CS, Super Street Fighter 4, and Marvel vs Capcom 3.
Runner-up prizes will be announced soon!

Eligibility:
Must be a registered Battle247 member.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Players must be a US resident.
The following states are ineligible for participation in fee-based tournaments for prizes: Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Iowa, Maryland, North Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont.
