Interesting; so how do these work exactly? Are they one time use for each account? Do they expire?

It's called I just got my 3DS at the time of posting, and the instructions clearly state (not to mention, it's common sense for recharge-battery based devices) to charge it all the way full before the first time you boot the device up.
Maybe you should find something better to do with your life than try to troll all day.
^ This is a good idea and to everyone else yes I assure you you can play it while its charging after the first initial boot up I do it that way all the time.
This is great. My only thing with the figurine system is how they have a max of 20 points to be spread out among 5 trophies ultimately leaving you with 4 levels per trophy, so I can only use two of these at most.
And I can confirm that these all work, thanks again to whoever uploaded them. Now time to choose which two level 7s to use....
maybe Shiny Ryu....
