Wednesday Night Fights 2.2 was streamed by Offcast. This is the second tournament of season 2 and EG.Justin Wong, Peter "Combofiend" Rosas, Marn, fLoE and Clockw0rk were in attendance. A $1,000 prize pot was on the line.

This tournament gave viewers at home a new look at Marvel vs. Capcom 3 after the patch that severely reduced Sentinel's health and made a few other changes.

For results, a stream archive and a battle log of the latter part of the MvC3 tournament, hit the jump.

Marn is no longer using Sentinel. His Wesker seems cool though, I'd like if he used someone else though like Super Skrull.

James Chen is really good his Shuma Gorath is awesome and I like that he uses the rarest team, all animals (in some ways).

People still b1tching! about Sentinel nerf, just deal with it.

lol, J-Wong slowdown patch. Capcom has failed at nerfing J-Wong. The slowdown doesn't do anything to his damage.....hmmn, just like the Sentinel nerf >_>

If anyone wants to see the freezes that the patch caused skip to 25:52 for the most noticeable one. I wonder if Capcom are going to do anything about it?

I actually haven't noticed the freeze when playing...have they tried installing the game onto the hard drive? Maybe that'll help. Just a suggestion; that's what I do for all fighting games.
