Gamers in London will have the opportunity to meet, and take on, Capcom's Yoshinori Ono at London's Oxford Street to coincide with the midnight launch of the Nintendo 3DS, early Friday morning.

That's not all though, as the first 500 people who purchase the console will each be able to claim a free 3DS game of their choice. Attendees will also receive a special commemorative launch-night pack containing numerous Nintendo rewards, including a space blanket to keep them warm whilst queuing, a limited edition launch t-shirt and the new issue of of Official Nintendo Magazine (whilst stocks last).

Keeping this theme going, the first fans to purchase a Nintendo 3DS console at select VIP locations will be rewarded with the chance to pick up Nintendo 3DS software at substantial discounts or even for free.
