People that don't have a PS3/Xbox with SSF4 at this point? And decide to get a 3DS that is more expensive? They made this version for that people?
You know what that group of people is? None SF fans.
So, the game will be down either way. You can just change my sentence to "Never touch it again and come back to any game other than SF " - Easy.
Do you only get the Hard version of specials on the touch screen? Or can it be changed?
niot to sh!t on anyones rear end, but im with Ninja on this issue. instead of making the damn game for 3Ds they could have focused on giving us AE, AND additional content. such as ...
more stages. the lighting and tall grass stage for exapmple. and more...
more alt's that they would have a voting for. here is one suggestion. guile in cargo shorts to below his knees; lugz style boots; top none, some tatts (tribal preferably); and ball cap facing backwards or fowards. ryu, in a style that would resemble drake from the uncharted series (just simple) and make a robot version of EVERYONE
more modes and options. instaed of giving us 2 more clones of other clones, they could put it so that the character changes appearnce with the pressing of down and taunt. i repeat. ONLY the appeatance, or in laymens terms, the look, changes. Hit box, frames, moves...yada yada yada...DO NOT CHANGE. this heature wouldnt be new!!! Guile can already do it by puting on his glasses. so why oh why did they not do THAT, istead of giving us more clones.

implement the change of appearance of a character through the form of another alternate, or colour. Sakuras colour 10 of her 1st alternate is different than the rest of her colours
oh well, it is what it is. This game wasn't designed to be competitive like the console or arcade versions are, but it's a nice pick me up for a person who wants to take the game on the go, especially if its a kid who just got the 3DS.
As for the AE version, I think people need to give it a break yo. Everyone's talking about how it may hit consoles, or how it may just stay in arcades, etc. As it stands, there's no reason for them to not let the game not hit DLC, considering the tournament scene is again split, meaning we're still holding tournaments using Super, but in Japan, they're holding them on AE. If people will just be patient, it'll come; we'll have to pay for it, but it will come.
Ima play this more than I do playing in consoles. Nintendo has deserved this game for a long time and we haven't got a handheld sf since alpha 3 on psp. I don't care about graphics, its just portable sf and im happy with that. Im always either traveling on train plane or car so ill be really happy getting this.
I guess people are forgetting the point of having it on the nintendo 3DS,IT'S PORTABLE,you can play it on the go,whereever you want.No 1 would want to carry a console around with them everytime they wanted to play ssf4.especially if your riding a city bus or subway something like that.

I dunno, this actually looks like it'll be quite fun.
Personally, nowadays I play my iPhone SF4 more than Super SF4 on PS3 or anything like that (No, I don't use SP Assist or Auto Guard). So having portable SSF4 with full controls is a nice thing to have.
I also like the new little menu background images and stuff as well. Everything looks extremely polished and nice, unlike the new MK, nyah ha ah ha? *nudges*
