She is uber technical. There's a ton of subtle, extra inputs during pretty much every clip. You can cancel into and out of her stance (dd+s) and continue combos. This is vital for a lot of stuff. Also, her Level 3 is ridiculous. Very, very hard to get used to but it has huuuuge potential.

Anyone find it weird that she went from a rookie-level fighter with some depth to her, to a full-on uber technical striker? Only Jill, right?
I like both dlc characters after playing them but I still dont like Jill's damage output. Yes she's technical and can string some nasty combos but you really dont get a lot of returns for all the work you put in on some of those.
Nice combos but Jill herself was done with very little creativity. Her moveset is essentially all kick, kick, kick, kick, kick, kick, kick, grab into kick, kick, kick, kick, kicking hyper combo.
Problems i got with jill
1) She should use her guns more
2."speculation" They are probebly going to use that stupid bird costume for her alt instead of her stars costume
3.She had arguably the iconic moveset of all characters in mvsc2 it would have been nice to see nods to it, like her summmoning an excutioner manjini or using herbs.
4.It's brainwashed jill (that's f***ing stupid)
Oh wait you mean the cloak and mask she was wearing before they reveal that it was jill from re5 cuz that costume would f**king stupid... I am hoping for a re3 blue tube top costume... oh well we will just have to wait for MvC4 before we get the brunette Jill back...
great stuff actually like his marvel videos or ssf4 anyday even though people wanna say its not a very technical game it is in many different ways cause if it wasnt we'd all be doing desk combos so good work keep um comin
just noticed jill riding hulk wow this game got way too many glitches im very sure they did that on purpose now cause most games i know that glitch that much either get patched right away
I think this time is the only time that merits to have the same character twice, unlike Bone Claw Wolverine. MVC2 Jill wasn't that powerful but she sure was damn cool and her specials, hypers and moveset fitted her perfectly. With this RE5 ver. her normals fits the character, but some of her specials and hypers don't. It looks like they took more time with the transition from 2D to 3D of Shuma Gorath, than making a new moves and specials for Jill
If wesker is getting his S.T.A.R.S. uniform, then she should get hers as well, I really don't mind what custome she gets, as long as she has her old brunette hair. but most of the people who are complaining about Jills new moveset either
1.Didn't play past part 3 or part 1
2.Doesn't know how Jills fights In Resident Evil 5, because she fights EXACTLY how she does in part 5
So she can be considered one of the harder characters to learn, and actually learning how to play her and beating characters with her should feel alot more rewarding then just using plain ole Sent.
I had a lot of fun doing Jill's mission mode so I'm going to respect her from now on.
1)I played all RE from 1-5
2)On RE5 I don't remember her teleporting nor doing Liu Kang's kick nor dashing around Like Bang Shishigami.
#21 She's not teleporting she is dashing very, very fast. She is still on the screen and vunerable, the dash on the ground is very low so very high attacks and projectiles will miss her probably.
In RE5 as a boss she was fast very, very fast, not as fast as Wesker but when she moved around the screen it was hard to catch her. In MvC3 many characters have over the top moves to keep up with the Marvel Characters to make them seem super Human like Chun's Kikosho or Ryu's Shinku Hadoken. Same thing here.
And what Lui Kang Kick? Thats a generic bruce Lee flying Kick, Fei Long even had a similar kick like that in SFA3, and Bang Shishigami was not the first to dash like that in in a game, now your just pulling crap out of your arse.
impressive work as always by Desk. However I hold on to my cash until there are characters worth buying.

Eh The combos were cool. I was expecting something more spectacular I suppose from desk. No hate just saying, I wasn't WOW'd. Cool video though.
Other Note I do like Jill And she is apart of my team, her and X-23 play together real well after her Low command grab. Its a guessing game for my opponent all day after that first knock down.
So she's an even blander version of C. Viper, without the flashy effects?
Nice to see our money won't go to waste, then.
I really like the way she plays so far. There is a lot to sink your teeth into here; Some advanced play that will take time and effort to fully realize.
Unless you're Desk of course, in which case you just put out another awesome video showcasing both the character and your talent.

i can barely catch up my input commands on her speed!
but so far for now...
custom combos from her lv3 super is sick, like yun/yang seiei-enbu/genei jin or juri feng shui engine with a mvc twist, best damage i done so far is 45-50%
and thanks to desk discovery of [machine gun spray -cancel- x-factor -- combo] im gonna try experiment some combos with it!
Why even mention RE5? Game sucked. That's what happens when you give a guy who knows jack about the series, permission to create a sequel.
Pff, Jill should be Jill, not Bang Shishigami/Elena. Plus she's prime example of an unfulfilled promise (where's this gun play she was supposed to do outside her hyper?)
