Shuma & Jill, 3DS Super Street Fighter 4 playable at various places in U.S.

Shuma & Jill, 3DS Super Street Fighter 4 playable at various places in U.S. If you live close to these areas, or don't mind doing a little traveling, you can get some early hands on time with either the 3DS version of Super Street Fighter 4 or Jill Valentine and Shuma-Gorath in Marvel vs. Capcom 3. The latter two will be playable at PAX East in Boston, Massachusetts and South by Southwest (Austin, Texas), although both characters will be released next week as DLC on March 15, 2011.

Also, playable Nintendo 3DS setups, which have SSF4, will be placed at more than 40 locations in cities the U.S., in advance of the system's March 27 launch date. Unfortunately, only a few locations were listed.

New York City: Grand Central Terminal (Vanderbilt Hall, West Side)
Running March 11-30
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m.-8 p.m.

Chicago: Citigroup Center (entrance to Ogilvie Transportation Center)
Running March 11-April 3
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m.-8 p.m.

San Francisco: Pier 39 (Main Entrance Plaza)
Running March 11-April 3
Monday through Sunday, 11 a.m.-7 p.m.

Los Angeles: Third Street Promenade (1300 block)
Running March 11-April 3
Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m.-10 p.m.

If it was a mega man playable with just as much days left for the dlc a hell of a lot of people would find a way to go.

i cant wait for the 15th, jill seems like a lot of fun and shuma looks like a solid character.

now, about that vs cpu mode and the spectator mode...

@ MCsebol, I live in Chicago and the place is not far from my house, so why not eh?...if it was 50 miles or 10 miles away. I can wait for sure..

@5 There is a vs cpu mode,you just have to make certain changes in training mode for it to become vs cpu mode.

I was able to play SSF4-3DS at GDC for a little while, and it actually looked really great. The controls took a while to get used to, and I'm not a huge fan of the "sliding joystick" that's on the 3DS, but I'll most definitely pick it up if I end up getting a 3DS anyway.

I tried out the demo in nyc today. Plinks are pretty difficult especially with the button layout. Shoryu to FADC Ultra still possible, except for the last part, where you just press a button to activate ultra.
