If it was a mega man playable with just as much days left for the dlc a hell of a lot of people would find a way to go.
I was able to play SSF4-3DS at GDC for a little while, and it actually looked really great. The controls took a while to get used to, and I'm not a huge fan of the "sliding joystick" that's on the 3DS, but I'll most definitely pick it up if I end up getting a 3DS anyway.
