Here are links to the rest of the videos:
They were somewhat still on Youtube at least 10 times each, also linked on his webpage.. I don't really get the point of one more upload, but whatever, such awesomeness should never be questioned in any way.
You know, it never ceases to amaze me ho much Favoritism goes towards SFIII on Eventhubs even though it was a financial bomb compared to Alpha series (and primarily Alpha 3)
I'm left to wonder if Eventhubs ever intended to plan on putting up a dedicated Alpha 3 section with the other games at all. It's not like it doesn't deserve it's own spot.
@Ice9
Because nobody plays Alpha series anymore, there are few that still play 3S and there are still plenty 3S tournaments in Japan. If you don't believe me look TheShend on youtube.

They're cool and all, but it's annoying that all these combos rely on the guy being one hit from stun.
I mained Alex and watching his video ways back i thought i could do those combos.lol

i havent seen it yet but judging by your comment Twelve was transforming back, and Akuma used the kongou-kokuretsu-zan. if Akuma taunts he can OHKO a crouching Akuma or a Twelve transforming back from X.C.O.P.Y using that move.
@10
dont understand what Abel and Alex have to do anything with each other (other then their names sounding alike and looking SLIGHTLY similar) but whatever. like Existent said, your comparing the wrong characters
@7
In 3s whenever akuma did kkkz on twelve when he did his X.C.O.P.Y., he died automatically.
@cvs and @ice9: Ironically I'd say the death of Alpha was brought on by CVS2.
I remember visiting different arcades in Tokyo about 2 years ago. People were still playing CvS2 and 3S while the Zero 3 machine (if it existed) was always empty.
I will have to say though that what I saw may have been a little skewed since during my stay I was mainly hanging out with BAS who seemed to have completely dropped Zero 3 for CvS 2. Even still, I didn't just go to the arcades that BAS preferred and Zero 3 seemed to be non-existant everywhere while 3S was still being played.
Oh, so you mean strictly "arcade competitive-speaking."
I can assume that this implies the home console owners that have it such as PS1/DC/PS2/PSP owners don't count?
I'm pretty sure Alpha Anthology/Alpha 3 Max and CvS2 are just as worth covering if not more worth covering than SFIII, especially since the hardcore fans that keep demanding more of SFIII so much keep putting casuals off from ever coming near SFIII. I just don't see how that makes any sense considering Alpha 3/CvS2 seem to have more "attracting power" to the SF Series than SFIII ever had to casuals.
Hardcore fans aren't just born, they need to be lead on. It just occurred to me then that Eventhubs might not really be doing the competitive community any favors if the recycling of SFIII stuff just turns out to make the SF fanbase more like Virtua Fighter's fanbase.
...no offense implied though, but it's just an itching thought.
All in the same, CvS2 being mentioned, yet CvS2 is also not listed as well?

Abel has one grapple move while Alex has 6 (including SA's). Abel has no charge moves while Alex does. their playstyle is very different. Abel is a mix-up game character, where as Alex hits hard through his arsenals of turn around state and quick stun moves. totally different characters.
Nice to see these old combo video's still getting a new audience.
