Damn, so many Hyung Tae Kim haters! Hes the one who did that Morrigan/Lilith picture and is also responsible for the artwork of Magna Carta and a few Tekken and Soul Calibur fanarts. I highly suggest looking him up on google to get a fuller appreciation of his work!
Strider with the robot tiger on the back and Hayato, Guy, Captain Commando look real badass. I don't know who is the guy with the eye patch. I like to point out to the people that think Capcom doesn't own part of the rights to Strider this calendar if proof that they can use the character when they like.
Oh, they did NOT put plasma sword on the same page as final fight.

Which makes me happy, because corporate Japan is only recently learning what an ass is.
There -are- even japanese girl's with some serious booty - but they hide them away and carefully ignore them.

It was stated that multiple characters are impossible for MvC3's staff to include.
So instead of having him alone they took him out completely.
Another reason Next-Gen is backwards.

The andriasang chun pic is most definitely done by Akiman. He was one of the main illustrators for Capcom in their fighting game heyday and the creator of Chun Li. Heres his blog--> http://blog.livedoor.jp/akiman7/
Might be nothing, but there's actually a third type of calendar stated on the site. Right above the cart button there are the types with two circles and a X, where circles mean in stock and X means not in stock. the circles are the Girls and Heroes types. the X is "Girls Special Set". Maybe same calendar with something on top.
