I think the diamond just means the person has AE.

Juri's PP is so low that she falls short of ranking, hence the number 9999.

I was 7th in the world with balrog and 52nd in the world in whole first day/second, was going to keep it up but I got mad with balrogs nerf's.

Does that Diamond really mean people have AE? Because I played on my friends house, he doesn't have AE and most the matches we got (SSFIV) they had a diamond.

I get a chuckle out of it, since it also shows the popularity of different characters. I stuck with Honda despite his nerfs, have about +2500 bps and in the top 100 (like 93rd or something). Fought a mashy Yun with 4100 bp and he was 500th.
