Over on Capcom-Unity today they quickly documented a bug that affects Juri players.
Some of you may have noticed an issue with Super Street Fighter IV while using Arcade Edition. In rare instances after upgrading to the Arcade Edition, the class and BP for Juri will be reset to 0. None of the other characters or stats for Juri are affected. We are aware of the problem and are furiously working on a fix. For the Juri fans out there, we recommend not switching to SSFIV balance once upgraded to Arcade Edition. Stay tuned to Capcom Unity for more information.
We apologize for any inconvenience this causes you guys, and will keep you updated as we find out more.
@ Hajiki
I meant make Balrog the same like he was in Super, and change the recovery on Ryu's Hadouken back like it was, his fireball game is way to strong now, can't punish it with the turn punch. He can even block the dash into ultra 1 from a distance where it usually hit
And yes, they should give Guile his manhood back. I like Guile, they should've left him the way he was. And Cammy's Cannon Strike nerf is also bullsh*t. Who cares if Cammy can build meter with it from full screen, atleast the motion isn't simple, you don't see every scrub spamming it online. Yun Builds meter from full screen with his stupid palm.
@SAMURAI
I hear ya, I think out of all of the changes that were made, Guile's were easily the most unjustified; Why buff him so much in Super to the point where people actually felt they could win with him only to revert him to an even weaker version of Vanilla Guile in AE?
I didn't know that Ryu's fireball game was like that now, I think Ryu being able to block at a distance where it would normally connect is just a load of bull. Of course Capcom would make sure their poster boy has the advantage in nearly every matchup out there.
I agree about Cammy, the Cannon Strike nerf was uncalled for yet they left the EX version untouched.
Yun's palm meter build should be cut to some degree, at least that way people will actually have to use different attacks to build meter.
@13
Vega isn't all that popular, which means fewer players use him, which leads to less knowledge on the character all around. But honestly, I thought Vega had gotten buffed according to the change list that was posted here not too long ago. According to it, Vega received both buffs and nerfs, with the latter being mostly minor.
Could it be related to Juicebox's Juri dance? : p
