Did you guys notice the last hit on Akuma didn't do any damage? I think it's because it did so much of Akuma's health % that the game itself prevented it from doing more... what a broken character Yun is. :(
And holy s**t... 754 damage is just crazy. The worse part is that the combo is so simple, so it can be pulled off by lesser experienced players. :-/
You can pull of great damage if you combo Gen super to ultra.
The point is that the more damaging combos are quite situational.
Yun raw ultra 1 hitting you in the corner?
You kinda deserve your damage, really.
Or the palm combos, outside of being dizzier(where you would die with less damage) or Focus attacked(thus sever scaling) are not likely to land. This does nt make him broken.
It is still cool.
@5: It actually did 9 damage (originally 100 damage, down to 10% from combo damage scaling, then THAT went down to 90% because of low HP damage scaling, for a total of 9 dmg), raising the combo damage from 710 to 719. Thing is, it's really hard to see the difference between 0 and 9 at this resolution.
@14 you need to be precise with your input, but if you want to trick the input system just do reverse DP motion and you will still get Palm. So it can be done with RDP+MK~MP/HP.
Uh, I never realised that his palm damage was this high, good stuff
