@cobracommander what happened was ILUjoe thought he had won because he had hit viper with the ultra but it was vanilla so sagat goes right over or under her he celebrated and the guy who played viper seen it didnt beat him so he ended up taking the win

and the funny thing was that was the last match of the grand finals and last round haha
