Live video from E3 by Capcom-Unity, notable events schedule

The Capcom-Unity team is hosting a live video feed from E3 2011 so you can get a closer look at all of the games they're showcasing today.

Here are a few notable things from the schedule for fighting game fans. All times are PDT (Pacific Daylight Time).

• Wednesday: 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. — Street Fighter 3rd Strike Online Edition, Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition with Vince Tran.

• Wednesday: 2:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. — Street Fighter 3rd Strike Online Edition with Derek Neal.

• Wednesday: 5:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. — Street Fighter x Tekken, Street Fighter 3rd Strike Online Edition with Seth Killian.

• Thursday: 1:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. — Ask Capcom with Christian Svensson.

@mrdroffice - AE isnt an XBL Games on Demand game, its an Add-on for Super Street Fighter IV..

They just confirmed that they're adding characters to SFxT that weren't in SSFIVAE. We might finally see Karen in a next-gen Capcom fighter.

Can we get some news for MVC3 DLC please? I mean damn, just a confirmation would be enough. From the looks of it they're just going to ignore that game. As soon as the game was released, it didn't get any attention regarding DLC or future updates; not at Captivate and not now at E3. Please, whoever is going to be there on Thursday, ask Sven wtf is up.

I completely agree. I think this "Radio Silence" has gone on for too long. I mean it doesn't make too much sense to me. The longer they go without saying a word, the less fans care about the game and just give it away. Really, and call them crazy, but that leaves two major options. Either they are doing this so that if they launch SMvC3, all the people who got rid of the old game will have to buy the new one for full price, or the second crazy option, There is no DLC coming, and they are just stringing along MvC3 followers so that they end up viewing all there upcoming SF and SFxT stuff hoping to get them to buy it. But, hey it sounds crazy right?

There was a question about SNK and Ono replied that the fans want a new Darkstalkers. He said it in a way that it looks like they will make a new Darkstalkers after the release of SFxT.

With all the money they make why can't they just hire more staff and work on dlc for mvc3, darkstalkers, and sfxt at the same time. i don't get it. They are going to get money regardless

They haven't said anything at e3 and I doubt they will.

No announcements at E3 (so far). Ono will troll more crap for SF4:AE. We all get pissed at Seth/Sven/Niitsuma: "Y u no say anything!?" Waiting till the next event.

Wash, rinse, repeat.

Then a year later "Super" is announced, fans get pissed. Fans get more pissed when it's not available for download like SF4:AE.

The cycle will repeat with SMvC3 again like with MvC3. No more DLC announced for SMvC3 and then a year later we get SMvC3:AE.

The worse part is, all you ever heard for the year was all about SSF4 DLC and SSf4: AE DLC and now SF3: OE DLC and all the other crap. IT's been 3 months since we got Jill and Shuma, and they just refuse to tell us anything else about this DLC.

not according to the schedule. And btw to everyone after this, I don't want to here about SDCC, because that's another month away. And there is absolutely no reason fans should have to wait FOUR MONTHS to even HEAR about DLC, let alone get it.

After watching two days of this, I have only learned about Asura's Wrath and Dragon's Dogma. Nothing else. Pretty much completely pointless. >:(
