If you're curious how much of a beating the new characters in Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition can — or can't take, check out the updated stamina and stun rankings here on the website, which now list Evil Ryu, Oni, Yang and Yun.Catalyst, would you be able to list who's Health/Stun changed from Super to AE?
Why does evil Ryu have the same specs as Akuma? Akuma has more tools to use (vortex)??

Seth have low stamina due to all the tools he has, while he lost some during the transition to AE he was compensated with a bit more health and alot more stun. Same reason why akuma gets lowered health is cause hes a shoto with more tools.

Evil ryu tend to have about the same health as reg akuma in every game featuring both including the cross over games. Akuma have different tools than evil ryu thus why they probably felt the need to once again give em even specs.
Evil ryu have 2 good comboable ultras, akuma not so much. Evil ryu has the new special capable of starting combos and mixing up(ex version) which akuma is capable of doing with his demon flip moves. Granted Akuma have alot more time put into him from to community to figure out such things, evil ryu still needs folks to fully flesh him out. But as with most street fighters good aerial moves seem to out perform the grounded variations and Akuma would continue to be better then evil ryu in most aspects.
TLDR: one can argue both Evil ryu and akuma have the same amount of tools, just different styles and strengths. Thus leading to both of with the same specs as always.
yun really should have 800 stamina, fear of getting reversaled on a blockstring and try for more baits....
