New Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition BP category rankings for June 2011

Lynaken has provided new Battle Point rankings for Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition. This is from the Japanese arcade release of the game and you can see things have changed up a bit since the last time these were posted.

Sagat, Abel, Ryu, Sakura and Rufus, along with other fighters all climbed up the list a bit, but Cammy, who's regarded as one of the best characters in Arcadia's tier rankings is still pretty low on the list.

Below, the first number is the battle point ranking, and the second number is how many players are in that category. For example, 12 players had a Yun at 55,000 BP or more, 14 people had a Yun card between 55,000 - 54,999 BP, etc.

It's not coming out tonight...

I love the people that think this game is coming out tonight... haha. The PS Store has to update first. PS Store updates on Tuesday around 5 o'clock PST. Good luck trying to download it at midnight tonight, because it won't be there until late tomorrow.

I tried cammy in AE, and not that I'm that good as cammy, but she didn't feel any better in a significant way. I'm sad.

Wow...I'm hurt no one isnt playing Gouken hardcore. I think he will be beast in AE with all the buffs. Oni I'm sad too( how odd that I will be using people at the bottom of the list...again) but oh wells. its going to give me great pleasure beating Yun/Yang/Fei ppl :D

I think that the disc version will have new chars and rebalance, and then the ssf4 players will get a 'ssf4 arcade disc edition patch' a month after that.

Either that or CAPCOM are way, way more stupid than I possibly could give them credit for being.

@Caruga on the contrary, leaving the game as it is now is far from a stupid move. It's incentive for people to pick up whatever Capcom's next game is. If SF4 were perfectly balanced there would be less hype for future releases as people would be happy with what they have.

This way people can't wait for the next big thing after getting sick of the Yun army.

@13 I'm saying! He is the reason I am hype for AE. I think his changes will make him much better. He hits like a tank, can blow up crouch techs with the kongo and can do a decent mix up with his demon flip. His main issue was long start up on normals and specials which has been mitigated some with the instant lp palm and faster normals.

Either way top player love or not my average self will be enjoying him soon as I get home.
