Haha Fei Long was truly a underrated character, even in SSF2T, and people didnt realize that until now.

That looks like a hardass plink. I can't imagine hitting that jab without touching MP or HP.

The game does that automatically. It doesn't let you plink: H, MH, LMH. If you piano backwards from H to L, the game gives you: H, MH, L, which is what you see in the video.
